Carsten PLÜG

Carsten PLÜG studied at University of Kiel, Germany he has a PhD in organic chemistry. He worked from 1998 to 2011 for Clariant, where he occupied various positions, among them Head of Research Organic Pigments.
Then, he went to Samsung Cheil Industries as a Senior Manager on the field of “dye research for electronic purposes”.
Since 2014, Carsten PLÜG is Head of R&D and application technology Surface Solutions, at Merck KGaA, working, among others, on pearl pigments, functional particles and cosmetic actives
